The further you dig into QVLN’s continually evolving music catalog and expanding international presence, the more you understand why he’s considered a Global Music artist by those who know his music best. With his genre-less approach to music creation and curated collaborations, QVLN has been able to make notable inroads in various music scenes Globally. This has also led to a growing BIPOC social community in which you’ll find Artists, Creatives, Yogis, Capoeiristas, Digital Artists, music enthusiasts, Social Justice Advocates, Environmentalists & overall good people from just about every continent.

Most notably, QVLN has had several successful House Music releases, including "Queimar", a single he released with long-time creative partner & friend OVEOUS, which reached Number 1 on the Traxsource Afrohouse chart, & has over 2 million streams on Spotify. “Periodico De Ayer”, a house rendition of Hector Lavoe’s classic, another one of Q’s House Music collaborations with DJ/Producer Hallex M was featured on Spotify’s own Soulful House playlist.

In 2021 QVLN was featured in two songs with Las Cafeteras, a Cumbia remix of Ray Charles’ “Georgia On My Mind” for Stacey Abrams’ New Georgia Project. The video (seen below) was reposted by Bernie Sander’s official Instagram account with over 280K views and received over 100k views on the Las Cafeteras YouTube channel. QVLN was also featured in “If I Was President (Remix)”, a follow-up Las Cafeteras song that featured 5 artists, 4 cities, and 3 Swing states coming together to elevate a collective vision of America that represents Black, Indigenous, working people of color who changed the direction of the country.

Brands with a focus on inclusivity & sustainability have taken notice. In March & December of 2021, QVLN along with his wife Sunshine Zerda, were invited to do an artist residency at Habitas Tulum. They have since been invited to return for additional residencies in 2023 at their newest locations Caravan Agafay & Alula. In April & July of 2021, DJ & event producer Rob Rizk featured QVLN & DJ Sunny Z at Indonesia’s largest nightclub Savaya. During their time in Indonesia, QVLN & DJ Sunny Z connected with music icon Michael Franti & have since become a featured presence at his own Soulshine At Sea music festival/cruise as well as the very first artists in residence at his Bali resort Soulshine in 2022. Sunshine is a multi-talented creative herself, she often accompanies QVLN as DJ Sunny Z when they are performing at festivals, clubs or dance events. Other times QVLN accompanies Sunshine when they present their Live Vibrational Yoga in which Sunshine leads a Yoga movement & meditation session while QVLN provides a live sound experience.
